Wanted to explore Leeds and this hotel was comfortable base for doing it. The full English breakfast had plenty of options for all tastes.
The location was very very poor, it's a pitty.

Branded accommodation with reasonably priced setting near to football ground, the city centre and Motorways and the bus stops. We loved to spend 1 day in double room.

Pleasant staff, amazing prices, nice bed. I enjoyed that the room was bright. The full English breakfast had plenty of food. The hotel was in a lovely area, near to city centre and Middleton Railway.

I had a fairly nice stay in a long time. Perfect facilities, everything you could wish for. Location metres from a bus station, handy for getting about. The food was good. I enjoyed the terrific service here.

I stayed here for 1 night and enjoyed my choice. Brilliant staff, en suite room and easy location. Bed was extremely comfy, I enjoyed it.

The place was tidy and staff were genuinely friendly, I loved picturesque location. English breakfast was fantastic & consisted of fruit, toast, tea, coffee and cakes. Walking distance to the sandy beach. Also, leeds cathedral was 3 km away.
Views were not so nice.

The staff were BRILIANT; it was value for money. The staff did all they can for a perfect 10/10 stay. Facilities were basic too. Decent location to Middleton Park.

hotel's manager is one of the top employees! own bathroom with all essentials. at 20 km distance from the airport.

Cheap place, you know. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Ocean Fisheries that was only 15 minutes' walk away.
The street was noisy and you'll have to deal with it.
